Safety inspection of aluminium door and window construction

Visual Inspection

  1. Method 1： With the aluminium doors and windows tightly closed, use a lighter inside the room to approach the perimeter of the doors and windows and observe how the flame is affected by the wind to determine the airtightness.
  2. Method 2： Slightly shake the inner window to test the tightness of the inner and outer window frames. If the inner frame wobbles easily, the airtightness is not ideal.
  3. Method 3： Shine a flashlight directly onto the window frame and check if any light source is visible at the seams. This can be used to determine the airtightness of the aluminium windows in your home.
  4. Method 4： Visually determine if the aluminium doors and windows in your home are square. Then, slightly open the aluminium doors and windows, leaving only a small gap, and check if the top and bottom of the gap are the same size.
